| Q: whatcha I have to do to become FUBAR? A: First step is to fill out an application following this link. Q: Do I have to fill out all that information? A: Short answer is Yes. Long answer is yes, all the information is needed in order to complete the background check. Q: What is this background check? A: The staff here at FUBAR are very selective on who is allowed to have the FUBAR tags. Part of this process is that we check your IP, game name, and GUID in a system that allows us to see your past names and other information. This is vital in order to keep out people that have hacked in the past for example. Q: If I have ever hacked/cheated am I able to join FUBAR? A: Short answer No! Long answer is still no, but the reasoning behind this is that due to our agreements with places such as Pbbans and others, we are simple not allowed to have hacks/cheats in the community. Not to mention, we do not like them either, so you still would not be allowed to join. Q: Your application wants to know too much information; I am not going to give it all to you. A: That’s fine, that is your choice. But you will not be a member of FUBAR. Q: What is a sponsor? A: A sponsor is a current FULL member of FUBAR that has decided to give you his/her backing in joining FUBAR. This step is critical to becoming a full member of FUAR. Q: What if my sponsor does not keep me informed? A: If your sponsor is not doing anything to help you or giving you updates please notify someone on the recruitment team. Q: How does the vote system work? A: The vote system is a simple point system of Yes, No, and unsure. Getting an unsure vote does not mean you will not get in. Getting a No vote means that there is something wrong between you and one or more of the other members. If you fail your vote, you will be notified of it, and also the issue as soon as the vote is completed. Please note that not getting in on your first vote is not uncommon, it happens and can be corrected. Q: When do the votes happen? A: Votes will take place starting on the first Saturday of every month. The vote will last several days allowing all the members to give feedback. Q: What is this FFC? A: FFC is the first step in becoming a FUBAR member. Once you are approved to wear the FFC tags, you are required to follow all the clan rules. Failure to follow them at this step will get you removed from the FFC FUBAR program. Q: What is the difference between FFC and a recruit? A: A recruit is a FFC that has a sponsor. Once you get a sponsor, you will be moved to the recruit status and be eligible for the next vote. Q: When will I know the results of the vote? A: The results will be posted the following Saturday. This will be a public post there will also be an email sent to you notifying you of the result. | ||||
